HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

Shipping and Handling is $5.95 no matter how many items you order! If you order over $75 worth of products, we offer free shipping!

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE DISCOUNTS ON LARGER ORDERS?

Yes, we are offering free shipping on orders over $75 for a very limited time! As far as product prices, we are not offering any further discounts on large orders as most of our prices are already listed at wholesale prices during our closeout sale. Some items may be an exception. Please contact support@masstapestry.co.

HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most of our products ship within 3-5 weeks via USPS priority mail with a tracking number unless otherwise stated on the specific product page. Some items will arrive as soon as a few days. We will send out tracking information to you as soon as your package ships.

WHY DO MY PRODUCTS TAKE SO LONG TO DELIVER?

Most of our products are custom-made which is why it can take up anywhere from 1-6 weeks for your order to arrive from the date the order was placed. We do apologize for any inconvenience but we can assure you that we are working very hard and we will not rest until every last one of our customers has a smile on their face! We cannot wait to deliver a smile to your doorstep very soon, thank you for your patience! :)

WILL YOU STILL BE SHIPPING MY ORDER EVEN AFTER YOU CLOSE?

Yes! Our team will be working non-stop to make sure you get your product in a timely manner. Just because we are closing our doors does not mean that our work is complete. 

Simply put, we will not rest until every last one of our customers has received an amazing experience.

WILL YOU STILL BE MAKING SALES AFTER CLOSING?

No, our team will be solely focused on fulfilling all orders, and providing each customer with an amazing experience. 

HOW CAN I REPLACE DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS?

HOW LONG SHOULD I EXPECT A REFUND TO REFLECT IN MY ACCOUNT?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to show up in your bank account.
